Visit your local Farmers market...in your area...
Go jump on that bike or grab that basket for a walk...take a stroll down to your local farmers market and buy ORGANIC and locally grown veggies and fruit in the season....it is a good thing, you are supporting the community of farmers and you might even get a deal by buying bulk.
In Europe we buy local and from organic farms if possible....we jump on our bikes and fill our baskets, or walk to our market and back home....it keeps you fit and you are doing something good for the environment, and yourself! |

CEREALS......that make you crave more and more .....!!!
I know it blows my fabulous mind every time I go to the grocery store, I see another new cereal added, with more sugar and colorants on the cover to make me dizzy. It is unbelievable what cereal companies will sell and how, to make you purchase their product. Folks do not fall for the sugar laden product that provides no nutritional value and leaves you hungry for more of the same!!!
Stick with the old fashioned grains, Oatmeal, Barley, Kamut, anything that is a hard grain and organic you can soak, warm, cook, add a bit of soy, rice, walnut milk and a touch of honey etc and fruit topped and your perfect cereal is well blended, YOU will remain full and satisfied for a while and will have more energy for the day to come. |

America,Just by making the conscious and better food choices daily and leaving out the smoking and exercising more, will eliminate or prevent 80% of heart disease, 90% of diabetes and 70% of strokes in this country. What more do you need to hear, take the right steps into tomorrow and change your life, live longer and healthier and have more energy daily. Your Health depends on it!!!!!
