13 grams of fiber, 15 grams of protein, a dose of folate, iron,magnesium,potassium and zinc...you can eat chickpeas soaked overnight, or out of a can into the mouth.....amazing, how super packed this little bean is...try them in a salad tossed with spinach and a vinaigrette, any other veggie you want to add you can...I like to also sautee them with bell peppers thinly sliced and onions added.....easy to make and deliciously scrumptious.....and you know the BEST part is ...they are filling and super GOOD for you!!!
